Returns and refunds

Strait Survival shirts are made to order. Please check the size chart and your color selection before placing an order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for an incorrect size or color selected at checkout.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate, at no additional cost. Please do not mail an item back unless we give you instructions.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
